🔁 Returns & Refunds
I want you to love what you receive — and I work hard to make sure everything arrives just as expected. But if something isn’t quite right, here’s what to do:
💡 Physical Products
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. I’ll be happy to offer a replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
Please note:

I do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.

Return shipping (if needed) is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.

Items must be returned unused and in their original packaging where possible.
💻 Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, I’m unable to offer refunds for digital purchases once they've been delivered. If you have any issues accessing your files, let me know and I’ll make sure you’re sorted!
🎁 Craft Kits & Multi-Item Packs
If a kit arrives with a missing or broken item, I’ll happily send a replacement piece or offer a partial refund. Just contact me within 14 days and I’ll put it right.

I'm a one-woman creative studio, so while I can’t accept all returns like the big shops, I do promise to be fair and helpful. Thanks for supporting independent creators 💛
