Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. During busy periods or product launches, processing time may take a little longer — but I’ll always keep you posted!

Shipping Within the UK
I ship via Royal Mail and other trusted couriers. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is on the way.

Shipping to the US and International
Yes! I ship internationally — including the US, EU, Canada, and more.

For US customers:
👉 All duties, customs fees, and taxes are now calculated and paid at checkout, so there are no surprise fees when your order arrives. It’s all handled up front for your convenience.
👉 Orders are shipped with reliable international couriers and typically arrive within 5–10 business days.

Digital products are delivered via email immediately after purchase and are not subject to shipping or customs fees.

Packaging & Sustainability
I aim to pack orders safely and with care — using recyclable or reusable materials whenever possible.
